Our mission is to share Genialism and create spaces where people can understand themselves, discover their own genius and express it through meaningful work, relationships and contribution.

Genialism is a philosophical teaching that regards genius as an inherent human potential, expressed through self-knowledge, responsible authorship of one’s life and meaningful contribution.

Academy of True Success

The academy begins its educational work, helping people explore goals, personal development and self-realisation.

2007–2020

An international practice

Live events and online programmes bring together people across countries. Self-knowledge, inner direction and human genius become central to the work.

2020

The name Genialism

The teaching receives its name, giving expression to ideas developed through years of work with people.

2025

Genialism Academy

The academy adopts its new name, reflecting its focus on sharing the teaching and bringing its ideas into practice.

Mykola Latansky

Philosopher of human genius.
Author. International speaker.

Founder of Genialism and Genialism Academy. Since 2007, his educational work has explored human potential, self-realisation and the question of how we recognise a direction that is truly our own.

Years of working with people became the foundation for a teaching that connects self-knowledge, responsible authorship and meaningful contribution. His current philosophical inquiry also addresses human authorship in the age of artificial intelligence.
